ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន ជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋរវ៉ាន់ដា ក្នុងឱកាសចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភាក្សាទូទៅនៃមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. លើកទី៨១ នៅទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋរវ៉ាន់ដា ក្នុងឱកាសនៃការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភាក្សាទូទៅនៃមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. លើកទី៨១ នៅទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក។

ភាគីទាំងពីរបានរំលឹកឡើងវិញនូវជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កាកន្លងមក ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលទស្សនកិច្ចផ្លូវការ និងការចូលរួមរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៅក្នុងសន្និសីទថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី លើកទី៤៦ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅក្នុង ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងគីហ្គាលី និងការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីការបង្កើតកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ទ្វេភាគីរវាងក្រសួងការបរទេសទាំងពីរ និងលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់អ្នកកាន់លិខិតឆ្លងដែនការទូត និងផ្លូវការ។ 

រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទាំងពីរបានសម្តែងនូវការពេញចិត្តយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសន្ទុះនៃការរីកចម្រើនទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-រវ៉ាន់ដា  ក្នុងស្មារតីនេះ កម្ពុជាសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរវ៉ាន់ដា ក្នុងការអញ្ជើញមកចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី លើកទី២០ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលកម្ពុជានឹងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពស្តីពីស្ថានការណ៍ នៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ផងដែរ។

On the afternoon of 25 September 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, convened a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda, during the General Debate of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States of America.

Both sides recalled their fruitful previous engagement during His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister’s Official Visit and participation in the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie (46th CMF), held in November 2025 in Kigali, and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries and the Agreement on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports.

The two ministers expressed deep satisfaction with the growing momentum in Cambodia–Rwanda relations. In this spirit, Cambodia warmly welcomes the Rwandan leadership to the upcoming 20th Francophonie Summit and related meetings, to be hosted by Cambodia from 13 to 17 November 2026 in Phnom Penh.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister also provided an update on the current situation along the Cambodia–Thailand border.
