ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូង នៃគណៈកម្មការផ្សះផ្សានៃអនុសញ្ញាអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីនីតិសមុទ្រ រវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងនាមជាតំណាងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា អមដំណើរដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឡាំ ជា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែន ដែលជាតំណាងរង (Deputy Agent) គណៈប្រតិភូ និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអ្នកច្បាប់របស់កម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូង នៃគណៈកម្មការផ្សះផ្សានៃអនុសញ្ញាអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីនីតិសមុទ្រ រវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី។
កម្ពុជាសម្តែងនូវអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះតុលាការវិមជ្ឈការអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ សមាជិកនៃគណៈកម្មការផ្សះផ្សា និងភាគីទាំងអស់ចំពោះវត្តមានក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នាថ្ងៃនេះ ដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមចំពោះការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ និងការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី។
ដោយធ្លាប់ឆ្លងកាត់ និងយល់យ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីការខាតបង់ដ៏ធំធេងដែលបណ្តាលមកពីជម្លោះ កម្ពុជាបានជ្រើសរើសផ្លូវការទូតនេះដែលស្ថិតក្រោមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ មិនមែនក្នុងន័យបង្កើនភាពតានតឹងនោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែដើម្បីកសាងទំនុកចិត្តឡើងវិញ និងដោះស្រាយតំបន់ទាមទារដែនសមុទ្រត្រួតគ្នា ។
ចំពោះមុខគណៈកម្មការ និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំរបស់កម្ពុជាចំពោះដំណើរការនេះ ដោយផ្អែកលើសុច្ឆន្ទៈ ទំនុកចិត្ត និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត កម្ពុជាស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌ និងស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិដែលជាដំណោះស្រាយធានានូវសន្តិភាពយូរអង្វែង ស្ថិរភាព និងភាពសុខដុមរមនាជាមួយគ្នាសម្រាប់ប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរ។

On the morning of 15 September 2026, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as an Agent on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, accompanied by His Excellency Lam Chea, Minister in Charge of the State Secretariat of Border Affairs, who serves as Deputy Agent for Cambodia, Cambodia’s delegation and counsel team attended the first meeting of the UNCLOS Conciliation Commission with Cambodia and Thailand in Singapore.
Cambodia extended its sincere gratitude to the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the members of the Conciliation Commission, and all parties for their presence at these important proceedings today, which reflects a shared commitment to the rule of law and the peaceful settlement of disputes.
Having experienced and deeply understood the devastating costs of conflict, Cambodia has chosen this diplomatic pathway under international law not to escalate tension, but to rebuild trust and resolve the overlapping maritime claims.
Address to the Commission and the delegation, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Cambodia’s unwavering commitment to this process. Driven by goodwill and trust, Cambodia seeks a just and rules-based international law—one that secures long-term peace, stability and mutual harmony for both our nations.
