កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូង  នៃគណៈកម្មការផ្សះផ្សាក្រោមអនុសញ្ញាអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីនីតិសមុទ្រ (UNCLOS) រវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី

កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូង  នៃគណៈកម្មការផ្សះផ្សាក្រោមអនុសញ្ញាអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីនីតិសមុទ្រ (UNCLOS) រវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី។

សុន្ទរកថាបើកនឹងធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៨:០០ ព្រឹក (ម៉ោងនៅកម្ពុជា) ត្រូវនឹងម៉ោង ៩:០០ ព្រឹក (ម៉ោងនៅសិង្ហបុរី)។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ នឹងបើកជាសាធារណៈ និងផ្សាយបន្តផ្ទាល់តាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ិនធឺណិត (webcast) ជាភាសាខ្មែរ អង់គ្លេស និងថៃ ក៏ដូចជាតាមទូរទស្សន៍ជាតិកម្ពុជា។

សុន្ទរកថាបើករបស់កម្ពុជា នឹងថ្លែងដោយ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន។

The First Meeting of the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) between Cambodia and Thailand will be held from 14 to 16 September 2026 in Singapore.

The Opening Statements will be delivered on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Cambodia Time (9:00 a.m. Singapore Time).

The Opening Session will be open to the public and webcast live in Khmer, English, and Thai, as well as on TVK.

Cambodia’s Opening Statement will be delivered by His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn.
