២-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា រវាងក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងបញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិត្ត និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឌីជីថល នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋ កាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន និងរវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនភាគហ៊ុនរួម “បច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មានជាតិ”ស្តីពីកិច្ច សហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន និងទំនាក់ទំនង ។
៣-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល រវាងក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងបញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិត្ត និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឌីជីថល នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន។
៤-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង សេដ្ឋកិច្ច រវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន។
៥-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍ កម្ពុជា-កាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន រវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និង ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៏ និងកីឡា នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន។
៦-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ នៃ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌នឹងព័ត៌មាន នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ។
៧-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីការបង្កើតចំណងសម្ព័ន្ធមេត្រីភាព រវាង រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋធានីអាស្តាណា នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកាហ្សាក់ស្ថាន។

His Excellency Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and I jointly presided over the Ceremony for the Exchange of seven Memoranda of Understanding, as follows:
1. Joint Statement between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and “National Information Technologies” Joint Stock Company regarding Cooperation in the Field of Digital Government, Govtect and Information and Communication Technologies.
3. Memorandum of Understanding on Digital Government Cooperation between the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
5. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Field of Tourism Cooperation.
6. Memorandum of Understanding between Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Cultural and Fine Arts Cooperation.
7. Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Twin-City Relations between Phnom Penh, the Capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Astana, the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
