ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) ចំនួន៧ប្រទេស ដឹកនាំដោយអនុព័ន្ធយោធាម៉ាឡេស៊ី ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងមានអនុព័ន្ធយោធា ប្រទេសផ្សេងទៀត ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋានក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ដល់ច្រកព្រំដែនបឹងត្រកួន ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ និងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួម នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (Extraordinary GBC Meeting) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។

A seven-nation Interim Observer Team (IOT), led by Malaysian Defence Attaché to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and joined by other residents and non-resident Defence Attaché to the Kingdom of Cambodia conducted an observation visit to Boeung Trakoun Border Checkpoint in Banteay Meanchey Province. These developments occurred subsequent to the ceasefire agreement and the release of the joint statement during the Extraordinary Cambodia–Thailand General Boundary Committee Meeting (GBC Meeting) held on 7 August 2025, in Malaysia.
